Mike Poore, Chief Executive Officer

Mike Poor, MBA, FACHE, is Mosaic's chief executive officer (CEO).  Poore most recently served as interim chief executive officer for Fauquier Health in Virginia. He has served as interim CEO for numerous health systems through LifePoint Health, a diversified health care delivery network. Poore has more than 20 year of experience as a CEO and more than 30 years of experience in health care.

Davin Turner, DO, MS, Chief Administrative Officer

Dr. Turner is the Chief Administrative Officer for Mosaic Life Care. As CAO, Dr. Turner leads Mosaic’s medical center presidents and clinic presidents, in addition to performing physician duties and other responsibilities. Previously, he was Chief Medical Officer and President of the St. Joseph Medical Center. Dr. Turner has more than 20 years experience with Mosaic as a physician and leader.

Tanya Arthur, Chief Information Officer

Tanya Arthur is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Mosaic Life Care. Previously, Tanya was Chief Information Officer for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, Mo. Her other leadership experience includes CIO of Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, and regional CIO for Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) in Denver, Co.

Tanya has leadership skills across sizeable health systems including electronic medical record optimization and stabilization, and Epic experience. Tanya has strong revenue and expense management skills, in addition to thought leadership and innovative approaches to population health impacts.

Tanya has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Creighton University, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bellevue University and is a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer from the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME).

Rebecca Bledsoe, Chief Nursing Officer 

Rebecca Bledsoe, RN, is the chief nursing officer (CNO) for Mosaic. Rebecca has worked with Mosaic for 24 years in various roles and most recently served as vice president of nursing services.
Rebecca has a proven track record of sucess in leading and managing nursing teams. She is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients and is committed to creating a positive work environment that gives nurses a voice. Her dedication and leadership to Mosaic, especially during the recent pandemic and through the Epic transition, make her an asset to the leadership team.
Rebecca has a master's degree in business administration from Baker University and a bachelor's degree in nursing from Missouri Western State University.

Crystal Macaluso, DO, Chief Medical Information Officer

In her role as Chief Medical Information Officer, Crystal Macaluso, DO, provides data strategy and governance guidance, serves as executive sponsor of clinical systems and related data governance controls, processes and reporting, and leads and influences system‐wide data governance where clinical and non‐clinical systems overlap. Dr. Macaluso began her career with Mosaic Life Care in 2016 and continues to work as an Emergency Department (ED) physician. She previously served as the Assistant Medical Director for the ED for several years.

Dr. Macaluso earned her bachelor’s in biology from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Mo. She attended medical school at Kansas City University in Kansas City, Mo., and earned her doctorate in 2013. She completed her residency in emergency medicine in 2016 at University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kan., and then joined Mosaic in St. Joseph, Mo.

Dr. Macaluso is married to husband, Nick, and together they have five children. As a family, they enjoy sports, travel, and are active members in their church and community.

Karan Mohan, MD, Chief Quality Officer

Dr. Karan Mohan was named Chief Quality Officer for Mosaic Life Care effective July 1, 2022. Dr. Mohan has more than seven years of experience as a hospitalist, and four years of experience as the dyad to Support Services. He was an integral part of several initiatives and projects, including Mosaic’s new state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Dr. Mohan joined Mosaic in 2015 and continues to direct patient care as a part-time hospitalist.

Prior to earning his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine, Dr. Mohan received a master’s degree in both Bioinformatics and Financial Engineering from New York University. He additionally achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with honors from Auburn University. Dr. Mohan is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Sarah Spinharney, Chief Human Resources Officer 

Sarah was Interim Market Chief Human Resources Officer for Tenet Healthcare Corporation in Worcester, Massachusetts, which consists of three hospitals and approximately 3,500 employees. There she served as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and focused on recruitng talent in clinical and non-clinical positions. Sarah also served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Strategic Behavioral Health in Memphis, Tennessee, and Vice President—Market Chief Human Resources Officer for Bapist Health System in San Antonio, Texas, an integrated healthcare system with 6,500 employees.
Sarah graduated from College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration.

Drew Keesbury, Chief Financial Officer

Drew Keesbury is the chief financial officer (CFO) for Mosaic Life Care. Most recently, Drew was the market chief financial officer with Community Health Systems, Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, Ind. There he oversaw financial operations and performance for the eight-hospital network, which includes tertiary care, rehab and other community hospitals representing more than $1.4 billion in annual net revenue, 36,000 admissions and 400 medical staff providers.
Drew has extensive accomplishments including overseeing operational improvements through strategic initiatives in a heavily competitive, for-profit environment. He was able to support growth and clinical improvements and managed productivity and labor. During his tenure at LaPorte and Starke Hospitals, in LaPorte, Ind., Drew led a successful electronic medical records conversion.
Drew received his Bachelor of Business Science from Purdue University Fort Wayne, Ind., and his Master of Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Pat Dillon, Chief Government and Community Relations Officer

Pat Dillon was named Chief Government and Community Relations Officer in 2019. Prior to that, Pat was Vice President of Advocacy/Government Relations for Mosaic Life Care.

Pat has served on many non-profit boards in St. Joseph including Sertoma, United Way, Success by 6, Chamber of Commerce, the Missouri Western State University Foundation, Allied Arts, Downtown Partnership, Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art and the YMCA. Throughout his career, Pat has received numerous awards and recognitions including the Ingram’s 50 People in Missouri You Should Know, Sertoman of the Year, Sam Walton Small Business Leader Award and many others.

Pat and his wife Nancy reside in St. Joseph and have two adult children, Patrick and Erin.

Tony Claycomb, President, Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph - Medical Center

Tony Claycomb accepted the role as President for Mosaic Clinics in March 2020. Tony became the President of Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph – Medical Center in 2022.

Tony recently served as Interim Associate Administrator for Operations of Mosaic Clinics. He has been with the organization more than 29 years. Tony has served as Vice President of Operations, Director of Surgery/Anesthesia/SPD/Surgery Center/GI Lab, Cardiac Cath Lab RN, Lead RN, and Certified Surgical Technologist. Tony also spent six years working in a private practice clinic as both a tech and a RN. Prior to his time with Mosaic, Tony proudly served on active duty for four years as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman.

Tony received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri Western State University and his Master of Business Administration from Benedictine College.

Katie Dias, DO, President, Mosaic Medical Center – Albany

Katie Dias, DO, is the President of Mosaic Medical Center – Albany, a critical access hospital system located in Albany, Mo. In her role, Dr. Dias sees patients half days, three days a week. Her other responsibilities include the growth and management of Mosaic Medical Center – Albany and its affiliated medical group and outpatient services.

Dr. Dias is a family medicine physician, primarily serving Mosaic Family Care – Grant City and Mosaic Family Care – Stanberry clinics since 2011. She also rotates as a hospitalist at Mosaic Medical Center – Albany. Additionally, Dr. Dias has served as medical director for the Tri-County Health Department, the Worth County Emergency Medical Services and the Pine View Manor Board. Dr. Dias has been the medical director for several Mosaic Medical Center – Albany areas, including rural health clinics, the Health Information and Utilization Committee and the Outpatient Department. Dr. Dias was the Mosaic Medical Center – Albany Medical Staff president from 2016 – 2020. She then moved to the vice president role in 2021.

Dr. Dias was raised in the Albany area. She lives in Stanberry with her husband and two children.

Nate Blackford, President, Mosaic Medical Center - Maryville

Nate Blackford is president of Mosaic Medical Center-Maryville. Nate was most recently the vice president and chief operating officer of MPact Health in Parkville, Mo., where he played a key leadership role in the creation and development of a multi-state clinically integrated network of physicians, clinics and hospitals. Before that, Nate was the vice president and chief operating officer of Northwest Medical Center in Albany, Mo., where he directed a broad range of clinical departments and administrative services.

Along with working at Northwest Missouri State University as the former director of Strategic Research and Planning, Nate held various leadership positions with Cerner Corporation. Nate received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and his Master of Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University.

He and his wife Andrea have two children, a son Connor and daughter Chloe. Nate enjoys coaching his kids’ sports team and playing golf.

Dana Anderson, LTACH President
Dana joined Mosaic Life Care in 2001. At Mosaic Life Care, Dana’s career began as a patient care associate. She then transitioned into a nursing role in the critical care units. In 2010, Dana became the Director of Nursing of the Long-Term Acute Care Hospital, a hospital-within-a-hospital inside of the medical center.
In 2014, Dana became the administrator of the LTACH and is responsible for providing administrative leadership to nearly 75 caregivers that provide care to chronically and acutely ill patients who require an extended hospital stay. Dana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, MO. She also earned a Master of Science in Nursing, Healthcare Leadership from Missouri Western State University.
