Internal Caregiver Pathway Programs
Stepping Stones
Mosaic Life Care's Stepping Stones is an academic workforce development program designed to provide support to individuals who have been accepted into one of several in-demand health care careers. Stepping Stones participants agree to a work commitment with Mosaic Life Care following their graduation. The work commitment is one year for each full year or partial year of financial assistance received. Upon graduation, participants will have the opportunity to accept a position within the Mosaic Life Care Health System in their designated field of study.
Medical Assistant Program
The Medical Assistant (MA) is an integral part in any clinic setting from primary to specialty care. MAs learn all aspects of patient care within the clinic setting from setting appointments to discharging patients, assisting nurses and collaborating with medical providers to improve patient outcomes. To help "grow our own" MAs and help caregivers further their careers in health care, Mosaic is excited to announce it is offering a new position as a Medical Assistant student. You read that correctly; Mosaic will pay you to attend school and pay for the cost of your education.
This is a very fast-paced, online curriculum. In just 16 weeks, you can become a certified medical assistant. The online curriculum is offered through Northwest Missouri State University (NWSMU).

Student Loan Assistance Program (Tuition IO)
Mosaic Life Care takes a holistic view of caregivers' well-being; one that includes physical, mental, and financial health. Eligible caregivers who register will receive $150/month for 36 months and $200/month for months 37-60 in the program, up to a lifetime max of 5 years (a total of $10,200).
Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
The PSLF program was designed to help public servants pay off their loans faster.
