Dominique, originally from St. Joseph Missouri is a registered nurse, a mother to three girls, and an active participant in the St. Joseph community. Dominique began her career in business and finance after graduating from Missouri Western Craig School of Business in 2010. After completing business school, she decided to pursue a career that combined her love for business and healthcare. Dominique completed her Bachelor of Science of Nursing at Missouri Western State University in 2013. She began her nursing career on the Cardiovascular Thoracic Stepdown Unit and was quickly promoted into the associate director position. Dominique continued her career in leadership and became the Director of Emergency Services in 2019. During this time Dominique completed her master’s in business administration at Missouri Western State University. After graduation Dominique recognized her strengths in supply chain management and leadership and decided to pursue a career in human resources more specifically talent acquisition.

A St. Joseph native, Bailey joined the Mosaic Talent team after graduating with a Bachelors degree in Communication: Public Relations in 2020. Bailey has been with Mosaic Life Care since her freshman year of college as an access representative in a variety of clinics and the Emergency Room at Mosaic Medical Center Maryville. As a part of the Mosaic team, Bailey appreciates the importance of community and the ability to serve those around her. She lives locally with the dog she rescued and looks forward to raising a family in the Northwest Missouri area while continuing to recruit great caregivers to join the Mosaic team.
In her free time, Bailey enjoys being outside in the warmer months, visiting her grandparents, traveling to see long distance friends, reading, and stepping outside of her comfort zone to explore new things.

A St. Joseph native, Angie joined the Mosaic Talent team as the Allied Health Recruiter but has been with Mosaic Life Care since 2016. In her former role, she served as an Administrative Assistant where she played an instrumental part in several organizational initiatives.
She is a certified recruiter through the Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter Program (RACR). Through this program she demonstrated mastery knowledge of Best Practice recruitment methodologies, tools and techniques proven successful in today's talent-driven marketplace. She strives to provide the best candidate experience to those exploring their future with Mosaic.
In her free time, Angie enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. They like to be outdoors, in garage working on cars, playing with the dogs, or relaxing in the pool. Her favorite place to be is with her family. Angie lives life with determination and compassion!

Lori joined the Mosaic Talent Team in 2020 as a Compliance Specialist and became a Staff Recruiter in 2021. She has been with Mosaic Life Care since 2010. In her Compliance Specialist role, she was instrumental in ensuring compliance across all Talent Agency practices.
She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Business Administration (BAA) at Missouri Western State University. She was drawn to recruitment as she strives to support our leaders and help candidates navigate the hiring process smoothly.
In her free time, Lori enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with her son at amusement parks and festivals.

Andrea recently joined Mosaic Life Care after 18 years in higher education. Her career began at Highland Community College, where she served in a variety of roles over 11 years including head volleyball coach, admissions representative, director of academic advising and director of a federal TRIO grant. She spent the past 7 years as the admission advisement director for the School of Nursing and Health Professions at Missouri Western State University. She loves crossing paths with former students who also selected Mosaic Life Care as their employer!
Andrea has a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master’s in Higher Education Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University. She has always been fascinated by the innerworkings of healthcare organizations and is a former Amberwell Hiawatha Board of Trustee member. She is very active in her church and community and a busy mom to 3 kids.

Kinsey has been with Mosaic Life Care since 2019 where she worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Nursing Services and the Vice President of Clinical Operations. In 2013, she graduated from Northwest Missouri State Univeristy with a Business Degree in Office Information Systems and later completed her Masters in Business Administration. Kinsey transitioned to the Talent team in spring 2022.
She grew up in rural Northwest Missouri where everyone knows everyone. Kinsey thrives on family time and understands the importance of work-life balance. She and her husband enjoy spending time together and raising their two sons.

Ashley has been with Mosaic since 2007 as a Clinic Manager. In 2016, she graduated from Park University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management. Ashley transitioned to the Talent Team in the spring of 2022 where she puts her passion for helping caregivers grow and excel in their careers by recruiting for Nursing and Certified Nursing Assistants.
Ashley is a Savannah Missouri native, where she lives with her husband and two young children. Together, they enjoy traveling, family game nights, and spending quality time together.

A St. Joseph native, Dustin graduated from Baker University, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, in 2020. While working in a full-time position at a different company, he first joined the Mosaic organization as a part-time Communications Representative in 2022. It did not take long for him to realize that he wanted to make Mosaic his main home, so he transitioned to the Mosaic Human Resources team in the fall of 2022.
He always must have something to do and dabbles in a variety of things, such as film acting, gardening, raising animals, writing, fishing, woodworking, working multiple jobs, spending time with family, etc. HR is perfect for him because there is always something to do and new things to learn!

Cheryl began her career with Mosaic Life Care in 2002 and has provided oversight for physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and retention since 2015. She has extensive experience as a human resources leader and was previously responsible for Mosaic Life Care’s executive recruitment. Cheryl’s expertise and excellent customer service are key to identifying top talent and delivering an outstanding experience to each of our candidates and new providers during the selection process and as their career with Mosaic Life Care begins. She is an experienced leader and was previously responsible for Mosaic Life Care’s Pain Management clinic and Bariatric Surgery clinic.
