Dominique Bigelow Nurse Recruitment
Dominique, originally from St. Joseph Missouri is a registered nurse, a mother to three girls, and an active participant in the St. Joseph community. Dominique began her career in business and finance after graduating from Missouri Western Craig School of Business in 2010. After completing business school, she decided to pursue a career that combined her love for business and healthcare. Dominique completed her Bachelor of Science of Nursing at Missouri Western State University in 2013. She began her nursing career on the Cardiovascular Thoracic Stepdown Unit and was quickly promoted into the associate director position. Dominique continued her career in leadership and became the Director of Emergency Services in 2019. During this time Dominique completed her master’s in business administration at Missouri Western State University. After graduation Dominique recognized her strengths in supply chain management and leadership and decided to pursue a career in human resources more specifically talent acquisition. “My passion is connecting with our nurses and identifying what they want to do with their nursing career. My goal as a leader is to help them achieve their goals both clinically and professionally. Cheyenne began her career with Mosaic Life Care in 2008 as a Radiologic Technologist. She held that role until 2016, when she accepted a position within the Talent Agency. She has grown in the Talent Agency over the last 5 years moving from a Talent Specialist to a Staff Recruiter. She is responsible for recruiting support service positions (Nutrition and Dining, Environmental Services, Laundry) as well as entry level positions (Patient Care Representatives, Access Representatives, Medical Billers etc). Cheyenne excels at always seeing the positive side of all situations and being a team player. Cheyenne is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Healthcare Administration.
Cassie Franken Recruiter
Cassie originally began her career with Mosaic in 2010 as a Registered Radiologic Technologist. She left the organization in 2015 to pursue her education while working as an instructor in the radiology program at Hillyard Technical Center. She obtained her Bachelors in Occupational Education in 2016 and then her Masters in Health Administration in December of 2020. She then rejoined Mosaic as part of the recruitment team in 2020 as a Staff Recruiter. Cassie handles allied health recruitment, with positions such as Radiologic Technologist, Surgical Technologist, Respiratory Therapist, MT/MLTs, Ultrasound Technologist, etc. Cassie’s true passion is allied health and she excels at finding top talent within these areas.

Jenny began her career with Mosaic Life Care in 2008 and has supported physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and retention since 2017. She is an experienced leader and was previously responsible for Mosaic Life Care’s Pain Management clinic and Bariatric Surgery clinic. Jenny is detail oriented and excels at interacting and building relationships with others. Jenny earned a Bachelor’s Degree at Northwest Missouri State University and an MBA at William Woods University.

Cheryl began her career with Mosaic Life Care in 2002 and has provided oversight for physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and retention since 2015. She has extensive experience as a human resources leader and was previously responsible for Mosaic Life Care’s executive recruitment.
